Discuss ADSC - Chat and Queries here - Part2 in Regular Soldier Recruitment on The Army Rumour Service; My advice would be to do what I did - wear your suit and pack gym stuff in your bag along with spare socks and stuff like that, it saves on your suit getting creased ...

My advice would be to do what I did - wear your suit and pack gym stuff in your bag along with spare socks and stuff like that, it saves on your suit getting creased in the bag. You'll have time to change out of it into gym stuff and you'll be in that for most of the time.

The PT sesh (for my group) was mainly sit ups and push ups in circuits, with running.

Part of my icebreaker was about that time I attacked an elephant whilst blitzed when I was working in Zambia...

Take a spare shirt with you as well. You don't want to be sweating and creasing your shirt up on the journey to ADSC and then have to put it back on the following day.

    Good luck with ADSC.

I wore my suit to arrive to stop it getting creased in my bag. I had time to get changed in to gym stuff which is what we wore most of the time while there.

Apart from when we arrived and for the interview with the ADSO at the end of Day 2 we were in our gym clothes the rest of the time. We wore overalls over our gym clothes to do the grenade test and the team tasks.

Wrong topic. This is about ADSC.

To answer your question, I think CSO goes to either Winchester or Pirbright for Phase 1. For Phase 2, I can't tell you because I don't know.
