If they still have the new running route that was there when I went down you'll shave a lot of time off your run. I ran it in 9:55 and usually run it in about 10:15-10:30. It's just basically a long path that you run out and back.

Yeah yeah they just opened it that week when i was down there , like 2 laps wasn't as fit as i could be at the time haha but ive improved now so should smash it

Well at Pirbright it's all flat, so you should do well!!! One other bit of advice, if they ask you for your best run time or average in the final interview, say a worse score cause then it looks as though you put more effort in

Cheers fella, yeah this week we got lucky, it was cold and overcast but didn't rain, though I woulda preferred the running track to be dry because the puddles were huge! All good fun though, loved it! Originally Posted by JammieDodger
