    PRAC is Tuesday through to Thursday (3 days) if I am not mistaken. I am waiting for my PRAC date now...... I did PARA insight at Catterick last month and that was Friday-Sunday.

    ahh mate i kinda had to do the same i was 6 pounds over the weight limit for selection and have to lose that by the 3rd if july, i was 15 and a half stone now just under 15 , ran 1.5 today did it in 10:01

    the whole bmi calculations is bollox if you was to work out a rugby players bmi it would say they are obeese but there not, have you got to go back there then?

    I seem to recall getting hooked up to a body fat measurement machine when I had my medical, they paid no attention to BMI unless someone was visibly malnourished or obese.

    If you are fat your are fat, it's got nowt to do with BMI.

    Most people who winge about getting rejected and claim they have "a rugby players build" are usually just fat and got rejected because of the boy boobs.

    no i havent been yet my recruiter told me i had to lose the weight for selection lad , he said if i wasent 95kg or less the will defer me straight away :/

    well i can say i wasnt one of them people who got rejected for having man tits! ha and they did calculate bmi and as you put the body fat % machine!
