Yeah when i was on my look at life course a recruiter from Coventry gave us a brief and said 1RRF are going Afghan 2013.

Anyone know if we have to be down there for a specific time or if it's the full day ? Didn't say on my joining instructions. I'm going to phone the ACIO anyway to ask.

Shouldnt you have a journey planned sheet from the AFCO telling you what trains and what time you need to take it like when you go ADSC?

I'm going the same day as you pal, on my joining instructions it says you need to be there between 1100 and 1700hrs.

alright alex, loving it, we have lost 13 jack cnts already, its fucking hard graft 18 - 20 hr days but its worth it to get that maroon machine, bet your looking forward to starting aint you.

The corridor sessions and battle pt are killers but as soon as you finish your buzzing and the NCOs get you pumped in the corridor reading out, What manner of men are these, the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and you just dig deep, am shit on the superman punch but had to do it for parents day today and smashed it first time, was well happy. Loving being out in the field we do intro ex 3 next weekend looking forward to it.
