7 months without a drink. Kind of made me feel a lot better about myself actually. Tried a bottle of Kopparburg other day and really couldnt be arrsed with it. Its definately helped with my fitness tho im sure a drink now and then actually is ok.

I'm still drinking normally with the lads, just not at home or in the day and stuff. Hasn't really stopped my fitness. You'll be doing plenty of it when your in anyway and maintaining the same fitness levels

i dont think any training is a good idea mate as it will take the energy your immune system needs to be at its strongest, obviously im no doctor but id say rest up completely until your flu symptoms have gone then hit it as hard as you can.

i knocked 2 minutes off my time in pre-selection mate, the environment at ADSC will push you to go faster im sure, from what the Dr's say its usually a week for that sh!t to clear so you'll be training again by next wednesday, just take the opportunity to take it easy for a week ;)
Get well soon buddy and come back stronger :DExcuses are like Arseholes: Everybodys got one!

I've had it over the end of last week, I didn't go running at all - just rest and get over it ASAP. It's only a flu you'll be better in a few days or less, then crack on with the training

Re: AHHH help me!
Is your training progressive or are you just doing the same stuff week in week out?
Post a detailed training journal highlighting what you're actually doing for a given week.
