    Correct, you cannot expect to keep up with you 1.5mile pace over 4 miles. The further you go the more you will tire thats why I put 28-32 because he asked what was a good time

    cheers for the replies lads. I hit a 4 mile run today and got 29.31. I'm going for paras, so i'm just going to keep improving on this.

    Fazza not reached 4 miles yet but my 3.5 mile run today completed 21.25 so I will be around 25 mins

    Starting my slog to fitness tomoro, aint done much for the last few months due to uni going down the crapper. Planning to start the application process in september to give myself a bit of time to reach a good basic level. Il post my 1.5 miler time tomoro......once i stop suffocating ;) :P
