I'd say 28-32 min mate.
sounds about right , you should be aiming for round 28 mins .. a decent 1.5 mile is around 10 mins (unless going para) so .. 1.5 miles + 1.5 miles = 20 mins then you should be aiming to run the final mile in 8 mins
but there would be nothing wrong with adding say 3-5 minutes onto that, since you may wish to run at a slightly slower pace than you would the 1.5mile.

Correct, you cannot expect to keep up with you 1.5mile pace over 4 miles. The further you go the more you will tire thats why I put 28-32 because he asked what was a good time

Starting my slog to fitness tomoro, aint done much for the last few months due to uni going down the crapper. Planning to start the application process in september to give myself a bit of time to reach a good basic level. Il post my 1.5 miler time tomoro......once i stop suffocating ;) :P
