when did you get your start date macca19.also when did you do adsc and what corp you joining.

Can anybody give me any information on the 3 week pre-conditioning course at pirbright.I know it is to improve your fitness and reduce your risk of injury.But how do you get on this course.Do you have to ask recruiter or is it just for females.

Alright mate, did Selection in July at Lichfield, got my start date the day after I got back n I'm joining the Army Air Corps pal, how about you?

i go to pirbright on february 15th 2010, anyone else going in on this date?
anyone got a few top tips on fitness / kit before getting up there, got my 1.5 mile run to about 9 mins so quite happy with tht, but any other stuff would be appreciated! cheers!

ask your recruiter i think they would have already offered u this if they felt u need it

Just a quick question about laptops if you could help please? I'm starting training on the 1st of Feb and was wondering if I would be allowed my laptop with me from the first day at all?

i wouldn't of thought so.They have internet and computer room at pirbright.so if you do get any free time which i doubt it early on then you can use computer

it was sugessted to me by someone who just passed out of basic that i take starch spray as it makes ironing alot easier but your not allowed it do people regulary get away with doing this as the punishment is probably not worth the risk?? i mean how would people hide it from inspections??

i passed my adsc yesterday with an A grade. im going for royal artillary as a light gunner but dont no when my phase 1 date will be. anyone no what the current wait is at the moment?
