    well done getting to where u are now fella just wondered wat exactly u did on the 2 day course in terms of exercises such as press ups ect... ?

    hi guys,

    just wondered if anyone on here has recenly done there 2 day course down at pirbright, i only asking for recently as apparently some of the tasks and exercises have changed for example... now they dont do pull ups.. wondered also if anyone has any figures on what they thing will get an A grade in the physical stages

    Yeah there no pull ups and stuff now. There's no set figures as such for the run its all about effort. If a guy comes in at say 9mins flat barely breaking a sweat and you come in at 10.30 pukeing your arse off. Who do you think is gonna look better in their eyes?

    yeah see what u mean, im doing 90 press ups could prob max 100 but not be able to lift my self off the ground and same with sit ups, is thisa good enough level

    You will only do press ups and sits ups in the PT session on the 1st day.
