Welcome Greg, A) I reckon you don't say that to recruiter when they ask. So why did you leave us? As they will know about it during your interview a least if not before!

Hi Greg, I'm from the South West and hoping to join the Royal Army Dental Corps. I agree with Newton96 although you were only 16 at the time and I'm sure they would understand about you changing your mind (I'm sure many people do), as long as you show you're serious about it now I can't see them making an issue about it. It's not like you dropped out of basic or anything so don't worry.
I work for the Royal Artillery as a civilan clerk at the moment so am fortunate that I can get lots of tips and advice from people here. If you want to know anything then just ask.

Where are you in the process at the moment?

im starting on the 4th as well

i see you did ATCAB, thought i was doing that then when i got to Kineton they told me its all changed and its now selection before Phase 1 starts!

cheers guys . I know it was a bit foolish leaving but am still in the application process and need to lose 4lbs and am finding it a struggle. Just seriously cant wait to get joined as I know myself the army is for me and I would be an excellent soldier . cheers for writing back to me folks

When you say selection, do you mean ATCAB or actual AT selection? Odd that this has changed and us in the pipe haven't been told about it, especially as I recently went in to the office to see any changes! So is AT your first trade choice?
