Hello. Starting 22nd RE Electrician. Did my oath last Thursday, which was good, and told by my recruiter that we will be off from the 19th December to the 3rd of Jan for Christmas. It will be nice to come home but a bit annoying that we have barely been there 4 weeks and then get sent home for 2. Just thought i would let you guys know just incase you hadn't been told what was happening.

got my oath tommorow.. yeah i knew about that... im glad to get home but it breaks up training.... cant wait to get stuck in though:D

i got told that i would be on the intake on the 22nd of this month before my selection,
but at my final interview at selection he told me there was no more places and i am now on the next intake date which is 21st of march

i was so bloody gutted,
they put me on some kind of list though so if any1 doesnt turn up to there phase 1 or drops out in a couple of days , they would be straight onto me offering me the place. so fingers crossed lol.
if any of you lovely people dont want to go in on the 22nd i will be more than happy to take your place :D

im from a fife up in scotland...

im gettin the train from kirkcaldy to edinburgh... edinburgh to stevenage..

stevenage to royston... where i belive we will be picked up from the army? or am i mistaken?

Alryt lads..I passed my selection back in June an was hopin to be in the Novemeber take in (im goin in as a RE Electrician) but turns out i missed it so im not goin til 21st march!!
Bit annoyin but just gta deal with it...got my fingers crossed i get a phone call tellin me sum1 has dropped out n i can take their place
