However...... if you have got a genuine injury you need to go sick at the earliest opportunity. If you try and hide a bad knee etc etc it will just get worse and you'll end up having more time off than if you had gone sick early on. The vast majority of people who go sick with injuries carry on in training and pass out. The people hcavhopefull is talking about would probably have been discharged or would have chosen to leave anyway for a lack of commitment.

yer thats what im on about. a guy went sick cos of a cut lip. im on about pussys! but we started with 43 in our platoon. we ended up with 36 passing out...but 3 or 4 of those were back trooped to us. we had one person backtrooped, one medically discharged and the rest DAOR'D!
