8.02 once upon a time as mentioned earlier in this thread. Managed it in around 10.00 yesterday after dislocating my left ankle and fracturing my fibula at the beginning of August.
I'm 28 and those much younger who aren't in rehab should be easily beating this with minimal training and a healthy lifestyle. I was pissed as a fart all weekend too.

11:04 at selection back in aug managed. 10:15 last weekend. ill be at sub 10 secs before i start basic in jan

Im 31 and getting there, ive lost a bit of terry since basic which i was advised to do, lost about half a stone

The run at PRAC was not as bad as i expected. Try getting some hill sprints in your training schedule, this really helps your recovery time

Personally i found the steeplechase the hardest, but some of the guys i was with found the run harder. The steeplechase is hard because when you start your already soaked through and your boots are full of water, from the squadded run round.

Yeah passed PRAC last week. It was harder than i had expected to be honest, but i enjoyed it all the same.
