Hi Guys

I've been buying up cheap houses left right & centre but now for whatever reason I can't get a mortgage anymore. I either have too many or I'm too old or can't proove my income. My credit score has taken a bit of a hit because I have bought so many.

Anyone else in the same boat? Are there any private financiers out there looking to help out those who know where the great deals are but can't get them

You picked the right place to look for private financiers

I'm not looking for money, I had thought that with it being a property & finance blog that some of you may be using smaller unknown to me mortgage lenders.

With property being readily available in the U.K fire sale at huge discounts you'd be mad not to try anything to grab as many as possible.

Dont they call getting multiple mortgages fraud in the UK?
You wont get tax relief on more than one mortgage nor will you get any reasonable interest rate unless you lied on the application. Oh and mind your fingers in the cell door.

I know my bank wouldn't allow me to buy the house next door.
