As you may have gathered, we now have a private forum. This will be used to provide updates and discuss actions which are for 'our eyes only'.

If you are a creditor, or representative of a creditor, please PM me with military contact details (an email address and military telephone number), as this will be the easiest way to vouch for you. If you don't have one, please explain your situation and provide contact details. I will then be in touch. Apologies if I quiz you hard - I'm sure you'll appreciate that we want to maintain OPSEC within that group.

To Whom It May Concern – re Blue Force Property Limited (“Blue Force”)

We are a firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in the City of London. We were approached a short while ago by a party interested in buying Blue Force Property Limited. However at that time the director of Blue Force was reluctant to sell and as such the matter did not progress beyond an initial enquiry.

We have subsequently heard, through the national press, that Blue Force has ceased trading and convened a meeting of its creditors on 7 March 2011 at 12 noon with a view to placing the company into liquidation. It would appear the directors of Blue Force have instructed their own accountants to undertake the liquidation and there are concerns about whether they are conflicted and will properly investigate the directors conduct and loss to creditors.

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss the proposed liquidation with a representative of the soldiers invested with Blue Force to discuss the potential options available to you in your capacity as creditors of the Company.
