Anyone looking for a garden flat in Battersea, I have one in a Victorian conversion, available from 1 April.

Could tell you all sorts of the usual tosh about it being lovely (it is) and that it's in a great location (I live nearby so it can't be bad) but I wondered whether there was anyone who is interested.
