This conference aims to discuss the broad advances in military rehabilitation over the last decade, showcasing advances in multi-disciplinary clinical care and advances in medical science. The programme also aims to look at the specific additional factors that need to be considered in returning people to active military service, gainful physical employment outside the service and elite sporting endeavours following traumatic amputation and other physical and psychological injuries. This conference aims to deliver this through lectures from experts in the field and a selection of patients and charities involved in the field.
