Chubby don't worry about the audit process as that is a default reply. You will not be expected to produce the receipts until after you have made the claim. When you do make the claim it automatically deducts what you have had in advance and then gives you the remainder. By the way your clerk should be reading the Op Bulletins and advising you of the issues before you start making the claims. Not your fault that you don't know the system but the clerk (who is now known as an HR Professional) should be reading the bulletins. I am sure he is very busy but if he reads them before you start making the claim it would save him a great deal of time and effort in the long run.

    Re: JPA help offer

I've finally got around to sorting my various claims out and realised that I haven't actually claimed for anything in the past 18 months, a quick mental totting up of the train tickets alone comes to well over £1000 and I've kept the receipts for just about everything, I've also got about 20 MMA claims to submit.

My question: Is there a time limit on claiming ? If so what is it?
    Cheers

It takes about 4-5 days. You should be able to go to JPA expenses and it tells you what is happening with the money ie paid or awaiting authorisation. You should also get a workflow notification to say when it has been authorised.

Arise Sir Barry (font of all JPA knowledge), wonderful idea. Sticky please mods.

Here is my tester, how the cluck do you print out an individuals EC details ??

I am supposed to be the unit HR administrator (TA) and have had no training at all on JPA - bring back pampas.
No requests or complaints, Sir !!!

Did you ever hear your Dad say he was proud of you, its not because he was bottling it up either.

The Gurkha Welfare Trust, they did their bit - now you do yours.

Can you allude to EC details as I'm off sick and need a bit of prompting! cheers

Well Matey, You might be suprised by this! But it will not be the so called F*%k Witts in your Admin office. As they can't increase your Allotment without you being there to give consent, secondly JPA is self service to a certain degree. Therefore only you should be in control of your allotment,

Having said that, JPA is quite frustrating at the moment because we are all fumbling around.

There will be a bag full of errors until JPA becomes more familiar!

Don't wish to P**s on your parade but at least your being paid, I know of individuals who pay accounts are in Debit due to JPA F**k ups.
