    SERVICES NO LONGER REQUIRED

A friend was discharged for indebtedness as a SNCO over 10 years ago under para 9.414 - Services No Longer Required. I understand his conduct rating was EXEMPLARY.

My question is this. Given the length of time that has elapsed between now and then, will he be prejudiced from applying for government related posts e.g. prison service/police/MOD?
