The rules in here are simple:

a. I'm in charge
b. No real names
c. No comments or postings which make it possible to identify a specific individual
d. Banter and slagging, bad language and abuse at other participants are fine - but don't tear the arse out of it and DON'T bring any outside rank, race or gender preferences in here.
e. Postings which overstep the mark will be deleted or edited and the perpetrator IM'd.
