    Specialist Pay

I know that JSP states that those who receive specialist pay will have it withdrawn if they sign off but just wanted to check if anyone else is still expected to carry out that specialist role once the money has been stopped?

SP EOD was reduced to 50% if you signed off.

Things might have changed since last I looked.
Play Torn - the online RPG many other ARRSErs are playing. Sign up using my link (below) and you will be well looked after.

They have. Now you lose it all as soon as you submit your notice (unless you are exercising an exit-point option).

And,yes, Short one, a few of my oppos have been in the position of having lost SP yet still having to do the thing that the SP was for. None of them have been happy about it.

Well once I sign off and my para pay stops I shan't be throwing myself out of a plane. If they make me I'll jump out without my parachute. That'll learn 'em.

Stick it to the man my friend. Mind you, you're living in hope that they'll have the aircraft to ask you to jump let alone make you.

Sport parachuting is nothing like military parachuting. Not even in the same league.
