No pay rise this year (except for junior ranks) due to state of economy.

Rebalacing for funding to ensure Army can continue to recruit at expense of other Services

A major reshaping of TACOS for married pers. The Army is becoming incrresinly cxoncerned about the cost of provding SLA now the imntial discount that was negotiated when they were sold off has run out. Heard a rumour they are going to ffer pads a lump sum if the agree to never ask for SLA again.

A cut in leave for moves within the UK has been announced, I assume its not that?

Ive heard that all Gingers, P7's, Gays and Lesbians are going to have their service terminated.
This will be immediately followed by a large recruiting drive to cover the obvious gaping hole left in the Royal Signals and RLC.
