Doesn't reflect the overall hits on the wordpress side. Plus to be honest who fucking cares it's the internet. And you are all banging on about it so much so that it must be working on some level because loads of you are reading it. Even if it's pissing you off you are not indifferent which would be worse. And why would you agree with me - folk here likes to smash in bird's back doors and make them drink baby batter. I don't post here expecting you to go this is great - it's pretty obvious that the response is going to be 'this is shite'. Also I think that it's quite funny some of the comments.

save them a place
inside of you
and save one backward glance
when you are leaving
for the places they can
no longer go.
Be not ashamed to say
you loved them,
though you may
or may not have always.
Take what they have left
and what they have taught you
with their dying
and keep it with your own.
And in that time
when men decide and feel safe
to call the war insane,
take one moment to embrace
those gentle heroes
you left behind.

I was thinking about it. Assuming her hubby's squadron has the internet where he's currently posted, he must be getting the piss ripped out of him big time. Which I'm sure he must really appreciate. If were her hubby, I would have had a sense of humour failure by now.
Which is another reason why I was puzzled by AMMM's desire to be an internet punch bag and would be genuinely interested to hear her response.

Edited to add: AMMM has responded. Apparently it's better to be abused than ignored. I think we'll have to agree to differ on that one...Last edited by Wordsmith; 03-07-2011 at 23:31.
