If I said any of those to my blokes they'd look at me blankly, think the boss has gone mad, shoot me in the back and get on with the job.

I'll stick with using 'two men and a wee lad' as the all-purpose quote for everything.

E.g

"Right get across that open ground like two men and a wee lad."

"You need to get over that fence like two men and a wee lad or the enemy will slot you"

Works for everything.
