i am thinking of moving to the NZ Army, any one on here done this and what could i expect ?

It's all good bro. what are you thinking of going in as? and not so sure about the weather being better, at least not in Waiouru if you are unfortunate enough to be posted there. 4 seasons in one day. but the terrain is breathtaking and if you are into your outdoors there's shedloads to do. go for it mate, all the Ex-pats that i have talked to love it because its so laid back.....apparently. obviously the NZDF don't have allot of cash to throw around lately, but we are a superb army with heaps of great people.
