Thing about IQ tests is they are basically aimed at at people of european descent/european culture. No wonder we (the west) score highly. If you've not had access to an education system in the developed world then you won't score highly in a developed worlds IQ test.
Isn't IQ going out of fashion as a measure of intelligence?
