Re: Come and have a go if you think your funny enough

Centre man (through gritted teeth): But Sir, that bloody iPod was a present from my mum!
Right hand man: Steady, lad.We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.
In a definite sense, a country's power and prestige isn't only a reflection of its economic power but also a reflection of its people's quality and morality. Moreover, I think the latter is actually more important in the long-term.

While the electorate was distracted by the latest series of Big Brother, Gordon took the opportunity to make all those 'changes' to the UK constitution he'd been promising himself. We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.

Equal Opportunities gave Michael a marvellous opportunity for a career in the military, but his blindness did make reading his watch rather difficult.

The recruiting crisis in the kamikaze squadrons meant they could no longer take only the healthy to fly suicide missions. We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.

Never mind their looks, the lads were just surprised the legendary 'busload of nurses' had turned up.We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.

Blue_Sophist had just become aware that funds were needed for another 3 families of WIA for Op SPANISH FLY.
HE HOPED SOMEONE ENJOYING THIS THREAD MIGHT CLICK THIS LINK AND MAKE A DONATION
Sorry to spoil the giggles, but that had to be done. We have, amongst it all, a double amputee. Apologies if I've upset or offended anyone.

Whilst everyone at RAF Akrotiri was watching the wounded being unloaded, the ground-crew took the opportunity to pi66 into the tank of the refueller.
