This has got to be worth a caption or two. In your own time, go on...

"So, the deal is - you spend the next 10 years as wife of the President of France, then it's my turn to be it. Agreed?"
The above post is not intended as official communication from HMRC and in no way reflects the opinions of that organisation. In fact, it probably doesn't reflect the opinions of the poster and certainly won't have been properly thought through.

"Help me. I'm being held captive by a hopeless incompetent who keeps fucking up the economy while impersonating me. I need a cake with a file in it, a single silk stocking and a map of the San Francisco sewer system."
We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.

In a definite sense, a country's power and prestige isn't only a reflection of its economic power but also a reflection of its people's quality and morality. Moreover, I think the latter is actually more important in the long-term.

I can't get over the copper's face - the sort of "are you looking at my burd?" look. Either that or he's just spotted Carla licking her eyebrows....

Brown's flapping lower jaw sucks in yet another unsuspecting passer-by.

Sort of reminded me of Ross Kemp as after all he is often on the front line seeing some very disturbing things up close.

I think you're giving him too much credit for subtlety. He hasn't so much as picked our pockets as mugged us and given us a good kicking into the bargain
