    Crab Rockstars??

Stumbled across this on the net

    The singing crabs

Not a patch on the 'Amarillo' video but a reasonable effort from the Brylcreem boys.
It’s a lovely idea, to get out of this stupid, Fairtrade, Brown-stained, Mandelson-skewed, equal-opportunities, multicultural, carbon-neutral, trendily left, regionally assembled, big-government, trilingual, mosque-drenched, all-the-pigs-are-equal, property-is-theft hellhole and set up shop somewhere else. But where?

    TCW from Brize.
Oh, where are you coming from, soldier, gaunt soldier,
With weapons beyond any reach of my mind,
With weapons so deadly the world must grow older
And die in its tracks, if it does not turn kind?

Not able to see it, thanks to MoD net nazis, but does anyone else remember a previous band of musical crabs, named 'Hedgehoppers Anonymous'? They had a big hit with a song about death, destruction and devestation. A cheerful little ditty, the actual title evades me at the moment, thanks to senility.

Edited to add; 'It's Good News Week' was the song!

Waste of a good tune, synching is slightly out but I liked Santa!

Yes, but it was good shoite at the time.Along with Zager and Evans(?) 'In the Year 2525' and Barry Myguire 'Eve of Destruction'. By Jove; they were cheerful little ditties!

Without deviating too far off thread The Parachute Regiment had a 'rock' group - 'The Maroon Machine'. They won the 'Opportunity Knocks' thing in 1968? 1969?
