I keep seeing this bizarre ad on sites all over the net. What on earth are they on about, she just looks like an old slapper with jam smeared on her face?

No, there's two different photos. One shows the slapper smearing jam on her face, and the other one looks like one of the Golden Girls peeling her skin off.
