So likely plenty of good, capable majors and SNCOs.
Not so much an environment likely to demand or foster consideration of massive strategic and logistical issues.
Not speaking specifically to Haig, but was there an element of communications with London actually being too good for effective generalship? Allowing assorted politicians the opportunity to bollocks things up in a timely manner?

Bushmills needs to be careful with using Denis winter as a stand-alone source for a verdict on Haig's cuntishness. In an court of cuntishness, the cuntishness of Winter himself would have been brought up and used to defuse any claims of cuntishness made by Winter.

I'm rather pleased to report that having read this thread I do not appear to be subject of a post, I don't recognise any stories either, some are funny. I'm still trying to remember the name of the biggest cnut. It is annoying but I probably don't remember it as the cnut probably didn't give it too us it was just trained soldier, yeh the pinnicle of the cnuts army career, cunting cnut he was.

Prince Edward, I'm sure its already been mentioned, but seeing as the limp wristed little fag is now poncing around small children in an RAF uniform (with a stack of tin and streamers to add insult to injury - one only hopes he doesn't visit Hedley Court like that, insensitive little prick), on top of that Cavalry get up, the wash out is taking walting to a new level of official walting that Stott can only dream of.

Ref an earlier nomination:
For the information of all ARRSERS, Washington's masonic bible is held in the D.C.L.I. museum, Castle Canyke Road, Bodmin, Cornwall. It was taken at the capture of Philadelphia in 1777 by the 46th Regiment of Foot (later to become 2 D.C.L.I.) The Septics have been trying to get it back from us ever since (Hee hee hee!)
Back to the topic of this thread, I would nominate myself, but I cannot compete with this bloke.
