In the States, although individuals from each group are found across the IQ spectrum, Afro-americans score consistently below - and Asiatics consistently above - the white ex europeans.

There is a factor called Group IQ which also affects things and if you live in a nation where all around you can get away with being dim then you'll be the same.

I think the problem the Africans have had over the last 2000 years is that for whatever reason they didn't sort their agriculture out. If you stay at the tribal hunter-gatherer stage nothing will ever improve.

You need to get proper crop farming underway, producing a surplus, which is the key development.

Once you produce a surplus several things happen very quickly. To start with you can now have people doing things that are not directly connected to producing food. The surplus needs to be adminned so very quickly you get three things - civil servants, kings and priests.

Under the central control of a king things rapidly move forward and the others produce literacy, numeracy, financial systems, trade and a miriad other 'civilised' skills.

One major problem the Africans had was complete physical seperation by desert, jungle and disease from the Eurasian belt where all the clever stuff - wheelbarrows, the plough, sails etc - were developed, which accelerated the process for us.

Being colonised and trying to fast forward a 2000 year process into 100 years doesn't work, a society really has to do it for itself - so laying tarmac and building an airport can't disguise the fact that, developmentally, they're still on a par with Stonehenge.

Same with the Aboriginal aussies.

My point entirely; stupidity isn't confined to any particular racial groupling or profile - the 419ers are very good at what they do and their successful criminality is hardly an indicationof low IQ on their part.

I also note that there aren't many chuggers in Kinshasa rasing money for the poor in Birmingham, which looks like a sign of high IQ to me.
What they ARE sending us is Pentecostalist Ministers and benefit claimants, both of which live off the local populations without breaking sweat.That also looks like highly evolved and intelligent behaviour to me.

I apologise for ranting.

The Third World has become a theme park for the UN and the big charities to send well meaning but completely ignorant knob heads to - as a rung on a career ladder that leads to New York or Oxford, where they end up earning fantastic wages.

If they managed by a miracle to solve the problem of starving chidlren or downtrodden dissidents or all the other miserable piles of excrement that the modern world crimps off in order to get by, they'd all be out of a well paid job.

So all they do is spend our money sustaining The Great Illusion, which allows them to carry on spectating on other people's misery.

It really, really fucks me off.

I have been very lucky to watch British soldiers, who are paid a miserable scrap compared to Oxfam's lavish interns, give food, water and sweets and a bit of comfort to kids in Afg, without any fanfare or pop concerts. I've watched them getting upset about it as well, bunging footballs to kids who have got nowt and staring at their boots, wondering what else they could do to help.

And then some cunt turns up in a fabulously expensive, air conditioned car and claims the mantle of 'saving the world' because Bono has signed his t-shirt.
