List of longest-reigning monarchs - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. If you used Google before asking stupid questions you'd not look so ignorant.

That extensive wikipedia list has a few minor issues... The first being the vast majority above HMQ Elizabeth II are from tiny little states (most of whom no longer even exist). The second of which is that the majority of those monarchs died hundreds of years ago. In fact the only one one that list that has come from a largeish, well developed state that had capability to stage a pagent of that magnitude. I.e Emeror Hirohito of Japan who died in 1989.

The question was how many Monarchs had done 60 years as though it was somehow an almost unprecedented achievement.

Though for a monarch to have reigned so long even a couple of hundred years ago when life expectancy was so much poorer I would imagine that makes their achievement more remarkable, not less.

I see that Gary Barlow is being awarded the OBE at the personal request of Brenda. That obviously means she really enjoyed it which is great for her.
