Loving the shed comment by the way. That's the cutting edge of wit there.
The dead Argies provided an excuse for ARRSE to start some really neat threads in which to bait people...

'I feel sorry for the relatives of those who lost their lives, but Argentina and her leaders can go and fuck themselves'.

    Well said, sir, well said.

I suppose a sensible way of retaliating for all this Argie bollocks about the 'Malvinas' is to talk about the way its conscripts suffered during the war, not least the ones that got the shit tortured out of them by their own officers and NCOs:

Best way of keeping the Falklands British? It's a psyops campaign aimed at young Argentineans along the lines of 'These cunts led hundreds of you to your deaths in a futile war. Do you want to give them another chance?'

Re the carrier, my understanding is that she moved out of one of the S-boat's boxes into the other but the second boat was too far away to get at 25 de Majo. That might have been avoided had command of the submarines been vested with Woodward but it was reserved to FOSM under CINCFLEET (both submariners) who were working to the 'old' North Atlantic practices. Although the Belgrano lesson was well taken and the carrier was no more seen, sinking her would also have taken out her air group which would have been an enormous help. This from reading books, I have no private information.

My understanding is she missed her moment with history by about 20 minutes by changing course when she did.

    swissian and Mattb like this.
There is no question so obviously stupid that it prevents one supposedly intelligent human from asking it of another.

Likewise, there is no human problem that cannot be solved by the correct application of the appropriate quantity of high explosive, the suitable quantity being derived by the Formula P, where P = "plenty"

Nobody ever imagined a bunch of Orcs would steal a database table...

Steven Seagull is a rotten, internet bully, a seventh generation cunt, he was born in a state of misery, half-cooked with a mean streak a mile wide. Over the years he has developed a passion for human oddities, presdigitation, tattooing and torture.
