I imagine the relaxation of the tattoo rule must have been more long standing or at least selective as very few ex-service would have got into the police otherwise.

Sorry Ugly, as much as I love your usual posts, but the wall of silence from an Asian or Black community in relation to a shooting easily matches a PIRA situation. In some cases more so as it goes back to te dusty shothole that the family of said scrote hail from
