Before you jump the gun here have you got your facts right?

Firstly maybe he just visited the bog, found it disgusting, tuned and left without using the bog. Maybe the perve he found watching him made him nervous.

So, maybe he didn't dump. Did you check? Closely, right up close?

Maybe he only urinated in the bog and felt no need to wash his hands after wards. Or, maybe he just popped in to masturbate; did you ask him?

Also it's quite possible that he carries his own personal rubber gloves with him for hygene purposes. Did you think of that? Did you even frisk him to find out?

Or then again maybe there was no bog paper in that cubicle and perhaps he didn't wipe his arse, hence there would be no need for him to wash his hands. So don't be so hasty calling him a dirty bastard!

It could also be that he left quickly, thinking the bad smell was you. See, you can't just jump to conculsions like this; I would hate to have you on my jury if I was ever in court...
