Two of my less gifted intellectually nurses apparently have bough a tan machine between them and set up a side business tanning themselves and others who are stupid enough to pay them!
Constant source of amusement as to which colour they will be this week especailly as it's in the deep dark north of Scotland they and their clients stick out like Gibson's dog in a Klu Klux Klan gathering.

Even more scary when they have their teeth whitened to an almost radioactive brightness as well.
