All been a bit heavy today, so thought I'd contribute a little shuffle I had on the way to work:
My Friends – Red Hot Chili Peppers
When I’m Up – Great Big Sea
U Boat – Kasabian
You Have Placed A Chill in My Heart – Eurythmics
Girls – Prodigy
You Can’t Get What You Want (Till You Know What You Want) - Joe Jackson
Burning Hell – REM
Thunder Road - Bruce Springsteen
Shipbuilding – Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Happy Man – Seasick Steve
I am still at a loss as to how the shuffle selection works. I have close on 3,000 songs spread over 2-300 albums (assuming an average of around 10 tracks per album) yet same albums keep showing up over & over, sometimes even the same tracks!Last edited by CaptainPlume; 26-04-2012 at 10:28.

[QUOTE=Nurse Ratched;4356675]3/10? Hey, not bad for me

So, 0/10 by consensus? Oh, well. Back to normal
I noticed a similar trend. It only seems to be when the shuffle is left to do it's own thing for a while (rather than forwarding through 10 to get the list then going back to listen to them) that the less often heard put in an appearance. There are a few nice ones falling by the way side of the 10 track shuffle road.Brothers in Arms, eh? Sacred bond, isn't it? killing other young men. One might even call it poetic. If poetry wasn't the last refuge of the bearded, cricket hating sodomite...

And England's far, and Honour a name,

Having discovered last night that Amazon vouchers can be used for downloads & that these downloads save into iTunes I decided to use some of my recent birthday present & bought Wide Awake In America (U2 EP) Live At The Olympia (2009 set by REM which had passed me by) and Wrecking Ball (new Bruce Springsteen).
There's a Pogues obsessive's box set going which I was very tempted by, but strangely the physical product, even new, is cheaper than the download...To eat well in England one must have breakfast three times a day
