Thank you. If by SCUM you are referring to Montreal Police 1) pic is in Toronto I think, 2) It has been a few years since SCUM referred to Montreal PD. When the city charter changed and the city expanded the acronym for them changed to SPVM from P-SCUM.

When the city officials in the Hotel de Ville create acronyms they should run them by at least one person who speaks English. Note: buses used to be labeled T-CUM.
