To the army, to every soldier in it. I have a bond of attachment quite independent of any political reasonings. I was a soldier at that time when the feelings are most ardent and when the strongest attachments are formed. ‘Once a soldier, always a soldier’ is a maxim, the truth of which I need not insist to anyone who has ever served in the army for any length of time.

I have competed in matches where she was a shooter. She is good no doubt but I just can't get used to a pink-slide handgun.

From that moment on, the majority (who vote) will vote for those candidates promising the greatest benefits from the public purse, with the result that a democracy will always collapse from loose fiscal policies, always followed by a dictatorship." Oh and yes who wouldnt!
It is a common grip (such as here: The Proper Pistol Grip | The Shooter's Log) in the US "tactical" (before all you "real" tactical experts start carping, I mean as opposed to known distance, slow fire paper target shooting) shooting competitions.
