It is terrible having a far more successful, stylish & better travelled little one about the place, isn't it!

I'm not sure that it's your spirits that are dampened Nursey.

Seriously, well done Reading. We went through a phase of huge success which sadly a lot of newer supporters now expect to be the norm rather than the reality which is being a mid-low table side who are hugely entertaining.

Anyway, how was it having Waitrose as sponsors? I reckon that's almost as effete as the Jock side sponsored by Wet Wet Wet as far as some as the rougher teams' supporters are concerned!

A very old oil bottle that was part of the kit of an artillery piece. Sadly because I was not an artillery man this is all the info I have. Nice little piece all the same.
To the army, to every soldier in it. I have a bond of attachment quite independent of any political reasonings. I was a soldier at that time when the feelings are most ardent and when the strongest attachments are formed. ‘Once a soldier, always a soldier’ is a maxim, the truth of which I need not insist to anyone who has ever served in the army for any length of time.

thank you Capt P, you have partially redeemed yourself! It's always the way, every time reading put a run together the fair weather fans come crawling out of the woodwork. One of these fine days I may be tempted to go and watch LI play.
