Am re-furbing a 1930s Villa in NRW and found this behind a built-in cupboard last week:
Its from 1939, this ads for the "First German Reich State Lottery", with prizes totalling 100mill RM.
We will have the wallpaper professionally removed (the newspaper was used as backing-paper), leave it in-situ and frame and glaze it.
I also found €400,00 in €50 notes in a false-shelf in the cupboard, the first time I ve ever found something on a building-site in 15 years...................but the client was stood next to me!Last edited by Aleegee1698; 08-01-2012 at 21:31.

It was...it just needed to be done. Took the picture in 2009 in Normandy...one of the biggest 101 living historyists I've ever seen.
