Heh, I went through hell with it I can assure you, sharing it with people to outrage them was one of the things that got me through it. I have to say, I don't miss the daily routine with it at all.

You should have kicked up a fuss, called for the manager &plod. Requested the cctv. Back when I was working as an Store detective an M&S guard did a false stop and it cost M&S £20 grand, settled out of court.
