It still made my hairs stand up though, well the few that are left were standing. I really love the sound of these old engines. I grew up with the sounds of Shackletons circling the house.

In honour of my gut stump and no longer with us Ripley, here's 5 pictures that shows us Ripley's progress from Chinese Man Tiddler Like proportions to Bang Bros Monster wang. Sadly Ripley was amputated in May 2011 and cremated. We shared some wonderful times such as when the Boots Security Officer in Warrington asked me to accompany him to the Security Office as he believed I was concealing something under my Hoodie. RIP Ripley, it's dusty in here.
