Or from his perspective - you are a junior TA Private from another regiment mobilised to him for the duration of the tour.

If you are as gobby and full of attitude in real life as you are on here, I am not surprised you are a regular attender at the guardroom.

    You haven't.

Expect to continue with lots of AGAI action until you grow up and calm down. That said, keep safe when you get out there.

Your name suits you well. Look forward to a time (in about 6 months or so) when you will fucking wish that this was as important as you obviously think it is.
Get your shit together. You're off on tour.
Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.

I never saw any bullying in my unit, crows (as I did when I was) had a harder time, but nothing serious, no-one ever had arms broken or had to go home on a weekends leave to moomy with a black eye. Lads looked after each other, there were standards and they had to be met. Lads who were stupid and screw cases were left to make their own mistakes and then to it on the chin for it. Not tipping up for duties on time, uniform not pressed etc. In the HCav, if you wanted someone to show behind the night guard, the Troop 3 bar would usually do it (Or higher), the SCM would usually know and the orderly Officer and Provo 3 bar / Guard commander would be told in advance. I t was never a case of some Jumped up two minute Lance Jack doing it. If systems are put in place and it's a good unit, problems like that don't happen. One of my basic training instructors once said "We didn't drag you out of your fucking house and force you to come here. You did it off your own free will and if you don't like go and see the Platoon Commander and tell him you want to fuck off".Very good point he made. Plt Sgt P K*****Y IG. Good man.
You are absolutely right of course, soldiers today soft as sh*t. They are, however, too busy fighting wars to worry about barrack room bullsh*t (posted from DII so can't attach a smilie thingy)

Not your policy, however, a £20 to Hols for Heroes if you can quote the ‘Official' document that contains that Gem (Posted with aching shins due to me using my old army braces as elastics)

    Real men use bungees.

I was at the guardroom many years ago for failing to salute an officer that was behind me, as a crow you just got on with it and shinfed to your mates.

Last year I was inspecting a staff parade and had about 15 odd blokes who were there for having the wrong colour woolly hats and other stupid things.

That’s what the OP is doing, he thinks the 40 odd thousand Arrse users are his real mates
