Perhaps Troppers sudden disappearance has something to do with Cardiff being the home of the Torchwood institute? Captain Jack is probably showing him all his alien weaponry, and Tropper is receiving a jolly thorough lesson on how the Japseye ray gun works perhaps??....But don't tell anyone i told you though!!!
