By the way, I hope no one is still listening to any music written by swinish German composers such as Beethoven, Brahms, Bach or, worst of all, that beastly fellow Wagner.In 1953 the UK Defence Budget was 11.3% of GDP. By 1966 it had shrunk to 6.6%. In 2013 it is hovering around 2%. Good job we're no longer expected to fight any wars, isn't it?

We've just had some bread issued, it came in a sack tagged 'Tuesday' - any idea which one?
We're sending some over to the AT Troop to see if they can do anything with their 2 pounders to it - we may have got our first applique armour for the CrusadersAnother bloody ex-crab or non serving war monkey......
