    I could never figure our if being spammed was being in the right place at the right time or being in the right place at the wrong time. I suppose it depends on if you are the spammer or spamee

    One time on band camp…sorry, exercise in Germany, we were queuing up at the cookhouse and saw what looked like fish in batter The chef confirmed this with a smug look on his sweaty face, so I had a piece of that and what looked like chips in the mess tin.
    It was fish, but it was compo pilchards in ketchup that they had wiped the ketchup off of and battered.
    Unsurprisingly it tasted like pilchards in batter which in my book is not a natural combination
    I used to think that the brain was the most wonderful organ in my body. Then I realized who was telling me this.
