Not really, all you would have to do is download the photo by right clicking and selecting "save image as" and then open it with an Exif reader like THIS one.

Yeah like the old bill tracked down this guy; Craig Lynch.

Unless he used a Laptop he paid cash for, connected to someone elses unencypted Wireless LAN, and bounced around a dozen international proxy servers, and erased all Exif data from his photos, he should have been caught in days.

But I doubt he's some criminal mastermind, and really the Police are just not as technically savvy as most people think.

But he WAS caught by the old Bill!! serious stalkers can take some time to get to by the the uniformed branch, but many things can get traced back when something amiss is reported to the boys in blue!!

Normal people forget that everything can be traced nowadays.... not that ARRSE members can be considered anything but normal!!
