It's the settings on your PC

First test is to right-click the red x - see what the dropdown options are - you might find something like "show image", if when clicked, the piccy appears, then you need to look at yr browser settings

'Course, if it's a work PC, it may be security settings you can't change.

In which case - unlucky :D Now get back to work.
