Plod walt jailed

One rule for them then eh?
Some days you wake and immediately start to worry. Nothing in particular is wrong, it's just the suspicion that forces are aligning quietly and there will be trouble ahead..... Formally known as Mucus, before I lost the log in....
Well two days of digging and searching in the general area and we still haven't found the cunting leak. Surely there must be technology more accurate than a grumpy old bloke in a yellow hi-vis coat, wielding a length of dowelling on a thread bobbin and claiming there may be a leak in the generic area known as "under there"?

What gets me is how these people feel the need to come out with the most farfetched stories and think they will get away with it.

I reckon he will get Sore Arrse Syndrome by the time he leaves prison, at least he can claim to be a member of the SAS Association

Re: Plod walt jailed
what is the actuall legality of impersonating a member of the forces?
the few sources I can find only refer to it being an offence if you wear medals that you have not earned, or try to use it to gain entry to restricted areas (bases ect).before anyone starts: I am not a soldier, and never have been
I am not a cadet, and never have been
I currently have no intention to join the regular army (although I'm not ruling out TA)
I do have an interest in all things millitary (purely academic) and a deep respect for all those who have and do serve.
I say all of this now, in case of future waltish behaviour (I have previous in this regard)

Re: Plod walt jailed
I don't think pretending to be anything is actually illegal until you actually try to use it for your own gain.

Hurtful though it may be, there's no offence of impersonating a soldier. Coppers do f*ck all for that reason.
